FOV is 132 feet at 1000 yards. If you seen them for $129, buy them!! I take them to the beach alot as well & can spot ships, oil rigs, etc. that you would not even know were there. I watched a shuttle launch one time & it nearly blinded me as I was not expecting it to be so bright!
i saw em for 129 on sale.
whats the FOV on these at 1000 yards?.FOV=field of view. u prob already know that anyways.
ya man those old ww2 battleship ones are hummongous indeed. about 3 times that large. i want a FOV of 15-20 feet at 1000 yards if possible.
quero um desse….rsrsrsrs
Which is nice , which is nice .
Wow I guess this what my science book means by “binoculars”. lol. It says you can see mars through a small pair of binoculars so I went out to look for it 8×21 pair and obviously didn’t have any luck. lol.
a mirror mount is a mount whit a mirror and your binos pointing to the ground at the mirror so to look to the sky, you are looking comfortably to the ground, no neck strain, but for serious astronomy it compromises the image quality. parallelogram mounts are way better and offer direct vision, not reflected.
Mmmm, there are bigger. Mine are the biggest and finest production binoculars (Fujinon 25 x 150mm)there are others even bigger but those are not commercially produced, like the ones found in WWII battle ships, of 180, 200 and even 250mm, but the last ones weight about 2 tons. Those 25 x 100 are a very good option for beginners and an excellent price/performance option.
Fair comment, but I find using a Scopac and evenly distributing the weight leaves both hands free for binoculars etc. I guess it depends on whether the primary aim is birding or photography lol. I know I’d never have seen those eagles with a camera and big lens. I’d love to see some comparison photographs of cropped DSLR v digiscoped though. Would be interesting. We’ll agree to disagree my friend
I have both and depending on my needs is what goes out with me – it’s all good, as they say.
