Can astronomy moon mainly affect a due date?

I was just looking at the farmer's almanac for January and I didn't know if full moons or new moons could affect your due date.

My grandmother always conceived around a full moon. But she never noticed if she also delivered around a full moon.

Any thoughts, ideas, or sites if astronomy moon affect due date?

It's prescription drugs without prescription much easier to compile statistics on birth dates, since they're recorded, and then match them up with the phase of the astronomy Moon. But since birth rates don't rise and fall dramatically from month to month, there can't be much of an effect. There are time of day effects and birth times. These can be attributed to circadian rhythms, one expects.
