Which is best for an inexpensive pair of binoculars

Bushnell 12x50 PermaFocus Focus-Free Wide-Angle Binocular Sale Price: $56.49

Nikon 8x40 Action Ultra-Wide-View Binocular Sale Price: $64.69

Celestron UpClose 10-30x50 Zoom Sale Price: $49.95

I have a pair of Celestron upclose variable binocular sale that have proven to have a very clear and sharp image. The only downside to these is the relatively narrow field of view; but, if I had to pick between these three I would go with the Celestron.

In a perfect drugstore world I would suggest 50mm as a minimum and 80mm as optimum; and, I would want to check the collimation first hand since it can vary from pair to pair, and most of them cannot be fixed.
