I am looking into a buying Astronomical Binoculars, I saw this one set...
http://www.opticsale.com/galileo-15x70-astronomical-binoculars.html
which I thought was the perfect buy. But I have two questions...
1) Do you think you would be able to use this without a tripod?
2) Is this a good choice of binocular?
This would help a great deal! Thanks alot!

They are great! My FIL has them, and we use them to spot planets, look at the moon, bird hunt….you get used to propping your arms on your chest to hold them still. So you don’t need a tripod, unless you are going to use them for photography.
Good price, too.
Cant wait to get one =P
