Go with #1. Get the main structure together, do any sanding filing or filling you have to do then paint. Nothing stinks worse than screwing up a paint job because you get glue, filler, whatever on it- and with resin, sometimes it's too easy to damage the model trying to clean it back up (don't ask how I know!) If it's a building, get the outside walls together and glued, and get the roof fitted. Then you can paint the interior if you like before you glue the roof on.
If there are small detail parts that would be hard to paint on the model they can be painted first then applied, but get the main body finished first.
First off, this is a dirty job. You will need an axe, a heavy duty pruner, (like for trees) and a spade. Take the old bushes down with a hedge trimmer as close to the ground as possible. Then dig a radius around the root so that you have like a moat, or circular trench. Use the pruner to cut side shoots, and the axe to cut away large roots. Keep digging around until most of the roots are cut, then take a chain or cable and find someone with a pickup truck with a hitch. Secure the cable to the hitch and pull it out. Or if this is not possible rent a motor pulling jack, (an engine puller), and place it over the roots, secure the cable and jack the root ball out of the soil.

In a hybrid you have conventional gasoline engine driving a generator which charges batteries that drive the car..During the charging cycle the same carbon combinations created by a regular gas engine is created…while charging from the battery the possibility of sulfuric acid and other products created from lead oxidation is perked into the air..Not very much though…Here's the savings…here's the savings….i said this twice on purpose…A gasoline engine although pretty efficient
makes more power than is required almost all the time..Your brain + your gas pedal cannot regulate the power enough to stop this over production..While the engine is charging a battery it might use a little more energy than is required but very little because of the electronic regulation. this is the only real savings…the other problem with creation of power is that to produce wattage in a motor it takes a weird ratio of other fuels gasoline ,nat gas , propane even wood if oxidized by burning expend larger amounts of btu than the btu gain to make a proportional amount of wattage..In other words it takes more energy to make electricity than you can get from the electricity..there is a law of conservation that explains this..so in the long run is it better to use Electric or gas or wood or coal or nuclear or whatever ..I'm not really sure ..It depends on what your doing…I suppose..trains have used this similar technology for years and they seem to love it…but as of yet i have not seen a big truck that has a Electro/mechanical drive..In the coal mines they use a giant dump truck that is an electrical driven machine but I assure you its not because its good for the environment that its was built that way… finally the answer to your question..Yes they are most harmful ,,just in a different way..One attacks the air one attacks the earth and I Guess as responsible Earthlings we just need to learn to deal with the problems and pay the bill as we go along…From the E
