How to fix double picture in binoculars?

I have 12x50 Wide-Angle Orion WorldView Binoculars. they focus fine but the picture is doubled. it looks fine if you close one eye or the other. is there a way to fix that?

the hinge is there to accommodate people with different distance between eyes, it doesn't make an impact on this problem. every Cialis whithout prescription one who looked through them described same issue. no matter how narrow or wide hinge was extended.
