NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — United Technologies Corp. said Wednesday its fourth-quarter profit fell 6% to $1.07 billion, or $1.15 a share, from $1.15 billion, or $1.23 a share in the year-ago period. Sales fell to $14.1 billion versus $14.8 billion. Recent quarterly earnings included an 8-cents-a-share restructuring charge. Analysts polled by FactSet Research were looking for earnings of $1.15 a share, on average, and sales of $13.8 billion. For 2010, the conglomerate forecast earnings growth of 7% to 13%, with a full year profit in the range of $4.40 to $4.65 a share. Analysts predict earnings of $4.12 a share, on average. Shares of United Technologies closed Tuesday at $68.87. (Fixes headline)

* yes, i agree with Ray (above)
those two are specialized in making business jets. Yrs ago Citation X is the fastest bizjet exceeding Mach 0.92
* there are also civil commercial jets converted into bizjets, like, BBJ – Boeing Business Jets – B737, refurbished interiors etc
* about 5-10 yrs ago there are plans making supersonic bizjets mach 1.2-1.6 (?), including ones planned by 2-3 aircraft makers, joint between Sukhoi Russia and few others.
The amount of work I have to do has now reached an astronomical level! I don't want to be stressed but can't help it. Toughest semester yet.
