What Do You All Think About The Oberwerk 11×70 Binoculars?

I am thinking of getting the Oberwerk 11X70 . The purpose for these is Astronomical. I have heard these are awesome, and I want to get something that will have vaule for along time.
Also can anyone tell me where they might recomend to buy these from? Who has buy generic drugs online the best warranty? They seem to cost the same from about 10 or more diff retailers, and Im not sure where the best place might be.
