Probably not with the exception of the Orion Nebula. Nebulae are very dim, and you need a powerful telescope to see them.
You could see one or two, most likely the Orion Nebula, but only if there isn’t any light pollution and you know were to look.
You will see some of the brighter ones, but none of them will look like much anything other than a smudge of light. I once did a Messier Marathon with a pair of 7×35 binocs, and saw quite a few of the nebulae, but none of them had and notable qualities, other than a small fuzzy patch of light.
You will certainly see SOME nebulae with these or even smaller binoculars. A lot depends on your viewing location. If you are under a dark sky with the band of the Milky Way easily visible then you will be able to see quite a few nebulae. If you are under severe light pollution, then you will only see a few of the brighter ones like M42. And IF you are viewing primarily in light polluted skies then 12×60 or 10×50 would be better than 9×63 because the smaller exit pupil will increase contrast and make the sky background darker.
The astronomical League has several observing programs that are geared towards binocular viewing -

What would make for a vastly better viewing experience for you is to get or make binocular holder. That way, you can sit or stand without holding the binoculars in your hands (no shaking).

Yes, but only the bright nebula. Also, honestly for $279 you could by a 6″ Orion XT and see more nebula than with those 9X73’s. You can can also see more if you’ll by a simple pair of 12X50 Bushnell Powerview binoculars from Wal*Mart (~48.00) and the’re an excellent pair of binoculars for stargazing.
Besides the Orion Nebula, you should try the Crab Nebula, The Lagoon and Trifid nebulas. They are bright enough to see in binoculars.
